SAND VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
Co-Ed: Wednesday, August 10th and Thursday, August 11th at 6:00 p.m.
Women's: Saturday, August 13th at 12:00 p.m.
Categories: Ages for both Co-ed and Women's will be 9th grade & Up.
The registration fee is $10 per person if you register by August 5th. You may also register at the fairgrounds the day of the tournament for $15. Co-ed registration is will be Wednesday, August 10th at 5:00 pm and Women's registration will be on Saturday, August 13th at 10:30 am.
Please send checks payable to Beaver County Fair and completed forms to Heidi Olsen at P.O. Box 2334, Beaver, UT 84713 or Haylee Beebe at P.O. Box 693, Milford, UT 84751.
**Each team will need to provide one line judge and one official for games following theirs.**

IRON CHEF COMPETITION
Adult Competition (ages 14+) - Saturday, August 13, 2011 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm cooking a main course dish.
Kids Competition (ages 8-13) - Saturday, August 13, 2011 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm making a dessert.
$10.00 Entry Fee per Adult Team, $5.00 Entry Fee per Kids Team.
We will give you a "Mystery Bag" with secret ingredients in it. You may bring 2 of your own ingredients; 1 sweet and 1 savory. A pantry with basic supplies of salt, pepper, flour, sugar, basic spices, and 1 cup of oil each will be available for you to use if you desire. You also need to provide your own heat source, a presenting plate for the judges, and a tasters plate for the viewers of the competition. Entries are limited to the first 15 teams; 2 person per team limit. Cash prizes awarded per team. For the Adult Competition: 1st Place: $100, 2nd Place: $75, 3rd Place: $50.
